According to customer requirements, the glass fiber covered wire is evenly wrapped with 1-2 layers of alkali-free glass fiber on a copper (aluminum) conductor. At the same time, the glass fiber and the conductor are bonded into a whole. At present, the temperature resistance index of this type of product has three levels of 130, 155, and 180, and the insulation thickness generally has four levels of 20, 30, 40, and 50. This product is widely used in windings of transformers, electromagnets, welding machines or other similar electrical equipment products. The bare copper (aluminum) wire produced by the extrusion process is the most ideal material for the production of glass fiber-coated copper (aluminum) wire.

Material:
The aluminum flat wire should meet the requirements of GB5584.3-2009, and the resistivity at 20°C should not be greater than 0.0280Ωmm2/m
The rectangular copper wire should meet the requirements of GB5584.2-2009, and the resistivity at 20°C should not be greater than 0.017241Ωmm2/m

The glass filaments should be wound tightly and uniformly on the conductor. The winding directions of the two layers of glass filaments of the double-glass-fiber-coated copper (aluminum) wire should be opposite, and the insulation thickness of the double-glass-fiber-coated copper (aluminum) rectangular wire should meet the requirements of the following table. The insulation thickness (Bb) on the board is not assessed.
