Product description:
Paper-covered wire is a wire made of oxygen-free copper rods or electrical round aluminum rods that are annealed after being extruded or drawn by a certain specification die, and then wrapped with two or more layers of insulating paper on the copper (aluminum) conductor (including Telephone paper, cable paper, high-voltage cable paper, turn-to-turn insulation paper, etc.) are suitable for winding wires of oil-immersed transformer coils and other similar electrical appliances. The bare copper (aluminum) wire produced by the extrusion process is an ideal material for the production of paper-covered cables.

Material:
The aluminum flat wire should meet the requirements of GB5584.3-2009, and the resistivity at 20°C should not be greater than 0.0280Ωmm2/m
The rectangular copper wire should meet the requirements of GB5584.2-2009, and the resistivity at 20°C should not be greater than 0.017241Ωmm2/m
The insulation thickness of the paper-covered round (flat) cable shall meet the following requirements or be negotiated by the supplier and the buyer:
